Why I love what I do

One of my biggest thrills is hearing that I’ve had a positive impact on someone else! That’s why I’m so passionate about Life Vision Coaching. The act of writing, recording, and listening to “your Life Vision” daily is powerful; it certainly shapes my life for the better!
I love coaching people though the process of creating their own personal Ideal Life Vision because it quickly puts them on the path to a healthier, happier and more productive and fulfilling life! To me this is a win-win, and super joyful experience!

A little bit about me

I’m a wife, mom and grandma, massage therapist, self-help author, inspirational speaker and Life Vision Coach. I live life fully and I learn from my experiences, and then I use the knowledge and wisdom I gain to uplift and empower other people. In many ways my life is charmed but it hasn’t always been that way….
For much of my life I was depressed and miserable. Finally I decided to stop being a victim. I cleaned up my act (took responsibility for myself) and started telling myself a new story. I created the life I wanted in my mind and kept going over and over it pretending it was real. As a result things changed and I went from feeling sickly, downtrodden and hopeless, to genuinely UP and super excited about living! I created a happy and fulfilling life for myself, and now my self-created dream “job” is helping others do the same 🙂
