Everything is energy. Everything we see, taste, touch, and smell are made from different wavelengths, or frequencies, including our thoughts. Every time you think a thought, you send out a specific vibration. If you are feeling positive and having positive thoughts, the vibration will be at a high frequency. Thoughts that are based on fear, self-doubt, or anger are all low vibration thoughts. The more focus you give a thought, either positive or negative, will increase the vibration.

So, are we merely a collection of our thoughts? Not really, No. Who we are is pure, positive energy. Our natural state is one of high frequency. Any thought which deviates from a positive place, will bring down your natural high frequency. For example, “I hate you” has a much lower vibration than “I love You”.

The more you focus on a thought, the more thoughts of the same vibration will join it. This is the Law of Attraction in action – like attracts like! It is this law that determines the complete order in the Universe. It doesn’t matter who you are or where you are, the Law of Attraction is forming your entire life experience, and this all powerful law is doing it through your thoughts.

The simplest way to look at the Law of Attraction is to think of yourself as a magnet. When you become aware that your thoughts will become your reality, become mindful of what thoughts fill your mind, your life will change.

Many people often question whether they can really be in control of their thoughts and feel helpless in being able to rise above their circumstances. Being mindful of what you are thinking and focusing on takes practice, but the payoff of making the change from negative thoughts and fear to positive thoughts and what you truly desire is so worth it! For example, if you are having financial difficulties and your thoughts are filled with fear and scarcity, you will only attract more lack in your life. It is important to remember to focus our thoughts on what it is we want to attract, despite our current circumstances. Instead of scarcity, thoughts of abundance will bring more blessings to your life.

How do we start changing our thoughts? The easiest way is to be conscious of your what you are thinking about. It takes practice, but once you start changing your thoughts and focusing on what you DO want, you will begin attracting positive people and experiences. I recommend starting with GRATITUDE. Gratitude helps us raise our vibration, making it easier to attract our Ideal Life. Beginning your day with thoughts of gratitude will align your thoughts with positive energy and you will be amazed at what unexpected surprises come your way! Reclaim your power and make a commitment to be conscious of your thoughts today. You are more powerful than you think!
