Success Story – Explode your business – Marilyn Sorensen

Today I’m posting a Success Story by a person (or to be a bit clearer….one of my favorite “persons”) who has used Ideal LifeVision to EXPLODE her business. And let me say that the results that Marilyn has achieved are quite typical.  As you can probably image, the number one reason most people come to me to create their ideal Lifevision is for clarity on building their business and to increase their income.  Especially in this “new” economy, it’s never been more important to define exactly what your business looks like in terms of value you create, ideal customers, ideal work week and of course income.

Marilyn was very clear in her LifeVision that she was open to new opportunities.  And it was one of these new opportunities that gave Marilyn’s career path a little twist.  Because she was CLEAR in her LifeVison about being open to new possibilities she has found herself with a new business that like she says ….is EXPLODING!!  It’s been fun to watch Marilyn  and what she’s been creating over the last several months. And now you can watch & listen as Marilyn tells us what Ideal LifeVison has done for her business and her life. (We’ll continue to keep tabs on her as she updates her LifeVision to continue the growth)

For those of you reading this who have never experienced Ideal Lifevision and it’s amazing results, let me add a little more context.  One of the 5 life sections that is minutely defined is your Financial/Professional “Life”.  In this section you will write somewhere between 2-3 pages on what that area of your life looks like with all the details.  Rather than trying to define it, I will supply an example at the end of this post.  Once it is written, you then go on to record it with Baroque music in the background and then listen to it everyday on your iPod!  And that is exactly what Marilyn did and now several months later is it showing up and transforming her life!

Professionally & financially, I have my ideal life. I always focus on learning and growing my intellect. I am a steward over the knowledge I have. Money is not the primary reason for doing or not doing anything. I am financially free because I am driven by creating value first. I only engage in win/win scenarios. I do what is right and let the consequence follow. I am abundant in all aspects of my life: spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and financially. This allows me to be a steward and example to others. By living my ideal life I impact the lives of thousands of people. I am always creating new ideas and possibilities for value creation.
My primary company, __________ is an Inc 500 company. My partner in prosperity ________________ and I both live in abundance because our alignment to principle and truth. I am always in my unique abilities and able to be the strong leader for our team. I choose to go to my office because I want to bring value to others. I continue to build solid relationships and allow every client in our firm to feel important. I build my team everyday and my firm consists of only self-reliant value creators.
I have an abundance of introductions and a waiting list of people that want my coaching. I gather a minimum of 10 names from every client I have. Clients want to refer business to me because I have changed their paradigm as well as built a solid foundation for their financial freedom. I am fully engaged in each of the 25 meetings I hold on a weekly basis. I meet mostly in my ideal client profile. I work with married couples ranging from age 30 to 70, the combine income is a minimum of $80,000, they have children that they want to pass a legacy to, they are very open to being coached and are principle based, and are connected to other value creators in which I will be introduced to. I choose to work with people outside my ideal range to help give back to the world that has been so great to me.
I have 20 advisors that work in my firm by the end of 2010. Each of these advisors is impacting 10 new people a month. They are self-reliant and team players. Everyone specializes in what brings them the most passion. All members of the firm are driven by creating value because they are financially stable and free in their own lives. I enjoy teaching others and empowering them to be in control of their lives and careers. I am a support to all of the advisors in my firm and manage the positive relationships they have with the firm.
The business grows so much this year that we occupy all of the second floor space. I have one year of all expenses (lease, payroll, marketing, production) at all times.
I have eliminated all unproductive liability from my life. My personal residence is paid in full by the end of 2012. This gives my wife peace of mind that will allows her to focus on the family. I have open personal lines of credit of at least $175,000. I have 2 full years in cash reserves. All Life Insurance loans I have taken will be paid back in full by mid year 2010 and I have overfunded each of my policies by that time to right under the MEC limit. I have 1 year of food storage for each of my kids, wife, & parents. I have $50,000 in gold and silver coins and another safe for new ammunition and the gold/silver.
I have systems in place for the growth of my company. With the help of _____________ we have made our business a very efficient machine and have systems for on-going production of the firm. We are successful in any economy because of the value we create on a daily basis. The external members of our network are flooded with business from our team and they all choose to work with our clients as a priority over any other company.
I have hired a new coach every year that allows me to always sharpen my sword. I engage in high level conversations and surround myself by others who are smarter than me. I learn from each of these people and have built my own personal board of directors. I listen to a new book every other month and commit to journal my findings to pass on to my children and legacy.
