Mornings are when I get most of my stuff done! In fact by 8:00 I'm about ready for a nap! (5:00 am comes awfully early!) But it's so worth it and it only takes 1-2 weeks before it's habit and as natural as getting up at 7:00ish. Did you read my power hour article? Power Hour is the most productive few hours of my day and it's where I get to "check off" some of my spiritual and personal development goals!

There isn't enough time in the day to focus on all the areas I should focus on. I guess I need to prioritize better because I feel so overwhelmed with all the areas sometimes that I don't end up doing anything! I think i need to make better use of my mornings.

I agree Michelle. But like you said, it's focusing on your goals both personal & professional. LifeVision is SO much about implementing your personal goals (fitness, spiritual, relationships etc) as well as all the financial/professional goals that seem to take up so much of our time. "Prioritizing" is a key word.

I love knowing that balance doesn't always mean every area of my life getting the exact same amount of attention. I'd go crazy trying to make that happen. For me balance means taking the time to review my priorities each week to make sure that they are in alignment with my goals, both personally and professionally. As long as I am moving in a positive direction, and I take the time to evaluate my plans, then I stay on track and feel satisfied with what I accomplish.
