Accountability Coaching
What exactly is Accountability Coaching?
Unlike tradition coaching, accountability coaching is simple and to-the-point. You set your own goals (between 3-6 specific goals are recommended each week), email them to your coach, and set up a weekly 30 minute “coaching session”. During these coaching sessions, you will both celebrate your successes and account for what didn’t get done. Together with your coach, you will set strategies, clarify your current issues & goals. Your coach will also give you suggestions and support on how to better achieve your weekly goals.
Why does this work?
Left to their own devices, most people don’t do all the things they know they should do to get to where they want to be. The week slips by with nothing accomplished. Having someone in your life that helps you follow through with your good intentions by holding you accountable, will in the end, turn those intentions into the results you desire.
What’s involved in Accountability Coaching?
After an introductory session, you enter into an agreement that you will set 3-5 goals each week that get your closer to your “ideal” life. They can include goals from all areas of life: spiritual, physical, relationships and financial/professional. Each week you will email the goals to your accountability coach (at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.) You will have a standing 30 minute appointment each week to go over accomplishments and strategies. If time permits, appointment can also include business and/or life coaching.
