		<description>Ann, great post! Too often people don&#039;t realize the power of thought and what it can do to influence action, or the lack there of. Our thoughts determine our beliefs, our beliefs determine our actions, and our actions determine our results- all of which determine our happiness. It is up to all of us individually to keep our self-talk positive and productive as this ultimately plants the seeds that sprout into whatever we imagine them to be.</description>
